Size Exchanges
– Not accepted; products are made-to-order. Use the size guide before ordering.

Returns
– Accepted only for incorrect or damaged items.
– Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags.
– Include order receipt.

Process
– Contact support for approval. Refunds processed within 7 business days after approval.

Damaged/Wrong Items
– Report immediately for resolution.
